I'm starting to see these script-based web series as less like prose fan fiction than an attempt to add a cinematic experience to your reading.
MZPtv, your old host (can't see anything similar on the TEN forum) describe them as...
... so, just as fan fiction "lives" in a publishing environment, you guys see yourselves more in a video environment, right down to packaging your scripts with DVD (actually Blue-Ray) covers rather than book covers.
I know this style has been around for a while but I'm finding it innovative and inspiring.

I started reading and reviewing these over at MZP, and can't remember where I got upto but everyone I read I know I enjoyed. May have to download and try catch up where I was and move on from there Good to see this show still going strong. Congrats Kyle.

The DVD case thing is mostly down to what these particular networks expect of us, really. Hell, I was completely against the casting of characters with real life actors, if I'm honest. Something MZPtv largely expected though (then ironically, seems they got themselves into a teeny bit of trouble for it, or could have?), so went along with it. I do quite like the bluray cases though. But, if TEN wanted book covers, we'd do that instead. Truth is, the design wouldn't change much at all. I think we just present ourselves as a 'tv series' because that's the style mostly associated with the writing format we use.

I'm back! I just finished The Demon. Enjoyable little episode but unfortunately seemed a bit of a filler piece. Unless there's something to come from the inclusion of the Bajorans. I'm sure I'll find out shortly!!
Also - Just watched the credits. Wouldn't know what to expect from an opening for Knights Haven but it worked, I think. What was the song? Biffy Clyro? (Not sure how he spells it).
